The pressure sensor has two integrated differential pressure elements that are temperature compensated for high accuracy and linearity. The pressure elements and the output signal have a high resolution, which means that the pressure value is presented in increments of max 1 Pa over the entire measurement range (-50 to +3500 Pa).
CPS2-A-MB-24 can be used for collection and distribution of analog and digital signals to and from a controller (DUC) using Modbus RTU communication. Both analog outputs are factory-configured for transmitter function, but they can also be freely controlled (via Modbus). The two analog inputs can be configured (via Modbus) for 0-10V or temperature sensors(PT1000).
CPS2-A-MB-24 is to be mounted on a flat surface with the hose connections pointing downwards. The enclosure cover is hinged at the top and has a snap fastener at the bottom.
Open the lid of the CPS2-A-MB-24 to access the DIP switches located at the top right of the smaller circuit board, mounted on the inside of the lid. The zero‑calibration button is located directly to the left of the DIP switches.
Measuring range, output signal (0–10 V) and desired signal damping are set via the DIP1 switches.The measuring range determines at which measured value the output signal will start and at which measured value the maximum output signal will be applied. Modbus addressing and communication parameters are set via the DIP2 switches.
The CPS2-A-MB-24 is delivered factory‑set with all DIP1 switches in the ON position and all DIP2 switches in the OFF position.
